Our Booval service covers every light vehicle category: cars, SUVs, 4x4s, utes, vans, light trucks, motorcycles, scooters, motortrikes, trailers, camper trailers, and caravans. We're equally comfortable with a brand-new vehicle straight off the lot, a restored classic, a heavily modified build, or a prestige performance car — as long as it's under 4.5 tonnes, we can inspect it.
The inspection process in Booval is straightforward. Once you book online and select your preferred time, our inspector travels to your location. The inspection takes around 30–60 minutes depending on vehicle type. Once complete, your certificate is emailed directly to you — usually before we've even left your driveway. You don't need to be home; unattended inspections are fine as long as we have access to the vehicle and keys.

Our inspectors assess your vehicle against Queensland's safety standards and report the result. A failed inspection means a plain-English report of what needs fixing, not a quote from us. You choose your own mechanic, get the work done, and rebook for the re-inspection at a discounted rate.
Fully Licensed Safety Certificates
As a licenced Authorised Inspection Station (AIS 12673), Tick It Roadworthies issues certificates that carry full legal validity under Queensland transport law. Our certificates are accepted by Queensland Transport for all purposes — registration, sale, and defect clearance.
