About Our Sheldon Service
Tick It Roadworthies handles all vehicle types in Sheldon: cars, SUVs, 4x4s, utes, vans, light trucks, motorcycles, scooters, motortrikes, trailers, camper trailers, and caravans — including electric and hybrid vehicles, prestige builds, and modified vehicles, all under 4.5 tonnes. We also issue Uber and DiDi Certificates of Inspection and handle defect clearance inspections.
Booking is simple: choose a time that works for you, provide your Sheldon address, and we handle everything from there. Our inspector arrives at the scheduled time, conducts the full Queensland safety inspection, and emails your certificate on completion. You don't need to take time off work — unattended inspections are completely acceptable provided we can access the vehicle.
Honest, Unbiased Inspections
Because we don't do repairs, there's no conflict of interest in our inspections. Our job is simply to assess whether your vehicle meets Queensland's safety standards and issue the certificate if it does. If it doesn't pass, we give you a detailed list of what needs attention — written clearly enough that any mechanic can act on it. You take that list to whoever you trust, get the work done, and come back to us for the re-check.
Fully Licensed Safety Certificates
As a licenced Authorised Inspection Station (AIS 12673), Tick It Roadworthies issues certificates that carry full legal validity under Queensland transport law. Our certificates are accepted by Queensland Transport for all purposes — registration, sale, and defect clearance.
