About Our Tallebudgera Service
We service all light vehicles in Tallebudgera: cars, SUVs, 4WDs, utes, vans, light trucks, motorcycles and scooters, motortrikes, trailers, camper trailers, and caravans under 4.5 tonnes. Electric vehicles, hybrids, modified builds, and prestige vehicles are all welcome. We also issue Uber and DiDi Certificates of Inspection and clearance inspections for defect notices.
The inspection process in Tallebudgera is straightforward. Once you book online and select your preferred time, our inspector travels to your location. The inspection takes around 30–60 minutes depending on vehicle type. Once complete, your certificate is emailed directly to you — usually before we've even left your driveway. You don't need to be home; unattended inspections are fine as long as we have access to the vehicle and keys.
Honest, Unbiased Inspections
Because we don't do repairs, there's no conflict of interest in our inspections. Our job is simply to assess whether your vehicle meets Queensland's safety standards and issue the certificate if it does. If it doesn't pass, we give you a detailed list of what needs attention — written clearly enough that any mechanic can act on it. You take that list to whoever you trust, get the work done, and come back to us for the re-check.
Fully Licensed Safety Certificates
All certificates issued by Tick It Roadworthies are produced under Authorised Inspection Station licence AIS 12673. They are fully legally recognised by Queensland Transport and the Department of Transport and Main Roads — valid for vehicle registration, private sales, and clearing defect notices.
