About Our Hemmant Service
In Hemmant we inspect cars, SUVs, 4WDs, utes, vans, light trucks, motorcycles, scooters, motortrikes, camper trailers, caravans and standard trailers — anything under 4.5 tonnes. That covers your daily driver, your weekend 4x4, your work ute, your bike, and your trailer in one booking system. We also handle Uber and DiDi COI certificates and defect notice clearances.
Booking is simple: choose a time that works for you, provide your Hemmant address, and we handle everything from there. Our inspector arrives at the scheduled time, conducts the full Queensland safety inspection, and emails your certificate on completion. You don't need to take time off work — unattended inspections are completely acceptable provided we can access the vehicle.
Honest, Unbiased Inspections
Our inspectors are assessors, not mechanics. They come with inspection equipment, not repair tools, which means there's never any incentive to find problems that don't exist or miss things that do. If your vehicle passes, you get your certificate on the spot. If it doesn't, you get a clear report that tells you exactly what needs fixing so you can take it to your own mechanic.
Fully Licensed Safety Certificates
Our inspection station is licenced as AIS 12673 by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads. Every safety certificate we issue is a legally valid Queensland document, accepted for registration renewal, private vehicle sales, and resolution of defect notices.
