1. Service

Tick It Roadworthies (AIS 12673) provides mobile safety certificate and roadworthy certificate inspection services across South East Queensland. By booking an inspection you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to inspector availability. Payment is required at time of inspection. Prices displayed at booking are inclusive of the inspection fee only — any recommended repairs are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

3. Vehicle Access

You must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle, including keys for engine start and a short test drive for cars and motorcycles. Trailers do not require a test drive. If access cannot be provided at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Certificate Validity

Safety certificates are issued in accordance with Queensland Transport regulations. A certificate confirms the vehicle met the required standard at the time of inspection. Tick It Roadworthies accepts no liability for defects that arise after the inspection date.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice may incur a fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tick It Roadworthies is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
