About Our Ripley Service
From everyday family cars and SUVs to 4x4s, utes, light trucks, motorcycles, scooters, trailers, camper trailers, and caravans — Tick It Roadworthies covers the full range of light vehicles in Ripley. All vehicles must be under 4.5 tonnes. We also provide Uber and DiDi COI certificates and defect clearance inspections for Ripley customers.
The inspection process in Ripley is straightforward. Once you book online and select your preferred time, our inspector travels to your location. The inspection takes around 30–60 minutes depending on vehicle type. Once complete, your certificate is emailed directly to you — usually before we've even left your driveway. You don't need to be home; unattended inspections are fine as long as we have access to the vehicle and keys.

You then take it to a mechanic of your choice, get it fixed, and rebook us for the re-inspection. No upselling. No conflict of interest.
Fully Licensed Safety Certificates
Our inspection station is licenced as AIS 12673 by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads. Every safety certificate we issue is a legally valid Queensland document, accepted for registration renewal, private vehicle sales, and resolution of defect notices.
