About Our Virginia Service
We service all light vehicles in Virginia: cars, SUVs, 4WDs, utes, vans, light trucks, motorcycles and scooters, motortrikes, trailers, camper trailers, and caravans under 4.5 tonnes. Electric vehicles, hybrids, modified builds, and prestige vehicles are all welcome. We also issue Uber and DiDi Certificates of Inspection and clearance inspections for defect notices.
Once you've booked a time that suits you, an inspector travels to your Virginia location at the scheduled time. The inspection itself runs approximately 30–60 minutes. Your safety certificate is emailed to you as soon as we're done — no waiting for paperwork to come through the post. Unattended bookings are perfectly fine; just leave keys accessible and we'll handle the rest.

Tick It Roadworthies operates with a clear separation between inspection and repairs — something many workshop-based inspections can't claim. Our inspectors assess your vehicle against Queensland's safety standards and report the result. A failed inspection means a plain-English report of what needs fixing, not a quote from us. You choose your own mechanic, get the work done, and rebook for the re-inspection at a discounted rate.
Fully Licensed Safety Certificates
As a licenced Authorised Inspection Station (AIS 12673), Tick It Roadworthies issues certificates that carry full legal validity under Queensland transport law. Our certificates are accepted by Queensland Transport for all purposes — registration, sale, and defect clearance.
